and off my head meds for the past 5 years. Yep, I wrote it in my last post and no I am not saying that you should stop taking your medication if you are on any. I took my medication religiously for years, went to therapy (solo and group), kept all my doctor appointments, read/tried everything that was recommended by my health professionals and then when I (and my doctor) felt I could try to go medication free I was slowly weaned off.
You have to take responsibility for your health. You have to do the work and it is hard, very hard on both counts, but I did it…with help and doctor supervision. I also want to point out that this is one of the major differences between my sister and I. I am not judging her. We are two radically different individuals and we process the world and our place within it differently. It is also why I am always talking about “knowing and understanding” who you are and how you work (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually). Self-Awareness/Self-Mastery is crucial to success.
You are a Universe. You are magical, magnificent and perfectly imperfect. The most wonderful experience out there in this world is getting to know all about YOU!
